December 6: Tudor Blackwork Embroidery

Thank you to Tara Ball for sharing this photo of a Tudor blackwork that she completed during lockdown in 2020. It's simply stunning, well done Tara as you must have the patience of a saint!

Tara says that she is not sure who designed the chart specifically, but it was published both as cross-stitch and blackwork charts in Mary Hickmott's Designs magazine in the 1990s.
