One of those memory serves moments again. I also think that people believed that Anne was indirectly responsible, for attempting to kill Fisher etc, by poison. A man called Rouse? Fisher’s cook paid the price for it. (boiling in oil)
The trouble is that Anne was blamed for a lot of things, I believe there were a couple of bad harvest during Anne’s Tenure as Queen, and she was blamed for it.
I would imagine that Anne was getting frustrated at the delay of marrying our “enry (Fat lardy arse) because in the time it took for the divorce from the Pope and K.O.A, our “enry and Anne could have thorectically produced, 6 or 7 children. If Anne had a problem with someone she would confront them and tell them to go and do one, but poisoning people just to speed things up? Absolutely no way.
