I just thought I'd post this up to hear people's thoughts. Is anybody doing anything special on May 19th? I've booked a few days off work and I'm hoping to make a trip to the Tower of London. Even if I can't get in (I don't know how much it is or whether you need to book in advance) I just want to go anyway. And wear my B necklace in memory 🙂

I want to do something in memory of Anne; I just don't know what yet!

Claire and about 25 of us will be there on an organized trip – look for us!

I'll be back home visiting family, and 19th May is my sister's birthday. Although its' quite off for Anne Boleyn fan, I'll probably end up drunk in some bar/nightclub in Liverpool. If it was only my sister's birthday, I could get away with having a proper Anne day, but unfortunately there is a cluster of family birthdays in mid-late may (including my dad's) so its impossible to avoid.

However, during the day I'll certainly have Anne and the men who were executed with her in mind. I'm certainly not the praying type, but I'll remember them. Its hard to know what to do, without spending the day sitting around being miserable.

We'll be the group getting through a box of tissues!!

Beth, you will probably be able to get an entrance ticket on the day but for peace of mind I'd book in advance – see http://www.hrp.org.uk/TowerOfL…..ssion.aspx for booking information and how to book online. It's a good job we looked at out group tickets when they sent them to us, they'd put us down for the 19th April rather than May!!

I'm really looking forward to paying my respects at the chapel, spending time with other Anne fans and then toasting her memory in the evening over dinner. I'm sure that it will be a moving day. If you see us, Beth, do come and say hello. We'll look out for a B necklace wearer!

Thanks Claire, I'll definitely keep an eye out for you all! It's great that a group of us can all remember her and pay our respects in our own way.

I wish I could go too, alas I'm WAY across the pond… I may light some candles for her and remember the others who were executed along with her. I will make it to the Tower one day…
