I was out for drinks with a few friends a few months back and one of their friends tagged along. She had never met me and of course did not realize how passionate I am about anne and history in general. Long story short, I start making small talk about my interests and how I’m a history fanatic. And this twit begins to say how she is so terribly educated because she goes to a fancy school and “did I know that Anna Bollin has 6 fingers and a third breast”…! So instead of jumping right into it I ask “where the did you hear that?” She gives me some piss poor answer and argues with me about how she’s majoring in history and said “I think the amount of money I’ve spent on education would make me right on this one” and blah blah blah. I eventually tell her she is the most ignorant person I’ve ever met and that if she was going to go say such stupid things she knew nothing about that she could at least get Anne’s name right. Needless to say I haven’t seen her since. But I’m still mad!

Oy, I hope she's not planning to teach history! I was also unaware that the cost of one's education correlated to the quality of said education. I'd suggest she needs to ask for her money back, but I'm not convinced it's her prof's fault. What a maroon! (™ Bugs Bunny)

I was fuming at the time! At first I thought “this poor thing has been misinformed” but once it escalated I realized she had no room in that tiny brain of hers to ingest any of that expensive education she paid for. You can rest assured she felt right stupid after I was done!
And you’re right, there is absolutely no correlation between the price of education and the quality of it! My knowledge of tudor history is self taught through research for fun lol…and clearly my priceless education has produced far better results!

Tell her to come to this site and get a real history lesson. It's free! I think she is wasting her money on that expensive education she's getting. She's about to fail her course.

I've heard about the third breast somewhere, I forget where but I'm assuming it's just another made up myth with no evidence to back it up. C'mon guys! If your gonna make up myths then at least be intelligent about it!

In the one of comments of the Daily Wail, regarding the Diamond Jubilee parade after the Thanksgiving service
What a wonderful weekend celebrating the Queens Diamond Jublilee, BUT..why are we having the so call Duchess of Cornwall PUSHED down our throats. Sitting next to my queen on the return from St Pauls…should have been Charles…not the BULLEN..ok Charles TOADIES may accept Camilla but the grass roots people of this land will NEVER accept her….Whether the toadies like it or not Diana has left her legacy in two wonderful sons William and Harry who are a credit to her.Plus with Williams Wife Kate, they are the future…NOT CHARLES AND CAMILLA……they are both self confessed adulterers which is against the Church of England Faith…so how can Charles take on the title DEFENDER OF THE FAITH

Oh dear… I have nothing against Camilla and comparing her to “the BULLEN” actually makes me like her more, heh! I suppose her sitting next to the queen was because she is the most senior female member of the royal family as wife to the heir of the throne?
But this person is an idiot… comparing someone to Anne is hardly an insult!

Actually Rachele It was rumoured that Anne B did have a 3rd Nipple (not Breast) and 6th finger. As I think Anyanka pointed out having a 3rd nipple wasn’t uncommon. However I’m inclined to think that this so called nipple was just a large mole and the 6th finger rubbish was just thrown in by lard arse to convince himself that Anne was a witch and deserved death, in his eyes that is. I can understand your annoyance. I would love to see her argue with Dr Starkey though. I mean I’m a nothing and a nobody, just a disabled housewife, but I except that people will always have a different view to yours, but if they can’t offer a conclusive arguement to why they think that then they ain’t worth bothering with really.
In short just saying that Anne had a 3 nipples and 6 fingers and leaving it at that isn’t enough for me. I said a few days ago in another posting what makes us human is that we can question, re evaluate and question again.. I’ve found Anyanka, Sharon and a few other people’s postings extremely educating and informing. I enjoying reading their postings and also enjoyed the lively debates we’ve had and continue to have because of them.
Don’t take it to heart Rachele just put it down to pig ignorance and sheer bloody mindedness.
I’ve made a lot of freinds on this forum and whether we agree or not with each others ideas is irrevelant, we all share one thing, our love of history.
I love and respect each and every member on the forum regardless of race or colour. Doesn’t matter to be if a person is the illigitimate off srping of a purple whale with a hair lip and a humped back lesbian with a wooden leg, it’s the person inside that counts..

Our Will and Kate are the future King and Queen.
Old Jug ears is far too staid for today’s sociaty and old horse face Camicazi will never really be excepted as Queen anyway..In short we don’t want or need them.
We need youth and vitality for the monachy of the future. and Will and Kate are that.. I don’t know if anyone else feels like I do but here in good old Britain every mother up and down the land feel like that both the boys are ours.

He was pushed in marriage with a “respectable, young, virgin woman” and she was force-fed her step-grand-mothers pile of tripe ” good girls get their prince” vision of reality…
My family and friends who still live back in ye olde country are far too cynical to feel “dem boyz are ours”…but are still monarchists though and through..

I know some…I know a lot of people who though Chucky boy was forced into marriage with Dimbo by the press. Who then clucked and prodded and forced the marriage apart..

Dimbo (Had to use it . love it) was always Jug ears first and only love. But she wasn’t considered good enough to marry into royality.
He was sent to Africa I believe on a diplomatic mission and whilst out of the country, I think words were said and Dimbo very quickly married Parker Bowles. Of course when Jug ears came back and found Dimbo had married he was quite mifffed.
I agree the marriage between Di and Jug ears was a complete disaster I think that it was doomed to fail from the start, but on the other hand it did produce our lads so it wasn’t all bad.. Rumour has it the Jug ears spent the night before the wedding with Dimbo. Whether that is true or not is debatable. And yet another rumour is that Di pleaded with her father on the morning of their wedding to actually call it off as she didn’t want to marry Jug ears, again it’s debatable.
As for liking Dimbo and Jug ears, well yes he is liked by the British people and has done a lot for his country, but he just doesn’t fit the bill when it comes to ruling.
He is an old fashioned guy in a modern world which is for ever changing and he’s too old to be doing that. In order for the monarchy to survive it needs to move with the times and Will and Kate are modern. I mean could you imagine Henry 8th trying to be King in our modern world? Just wouldn’t work.
Di did right in bringing the boys up as she did as they have a very open outlook on what they need to do to keep the monarchy going. Jug ears is a stuck in his ways old fashioned guy who would just bore the hell out of people.
To be fair to him though he has of late in the last few years or so learned to lighten up a little and perhaps become a little less standoffish and inapproachable, but not enough to be excepted as King.
The one thing you must agree on is that the boys are approachable and very affiable, willing to share a joke and get stuck in where they need too.
The mear fact they are both in the armed forces says a lot to me and that they earned their stripes by hard work and determination, not just been given their titles on a plate. In short come up through the ranks to get where they are now. Harry has even served in Iraq, and I believe he’s going out to Afghanistan soon as well.
If Jug ears and Dimbo do become King and Queen I think it would be a mistake, but then he is the next in line and if he does take over then he will have the respect of the British people..
Possibly he might step aside for Will and Kate once there is a Royal Baby in the cradle.

I’m from Australia, and I like Charles, yes hes a bit staid, but stil rigtly or wrongly I like him, as for Camilla, I guess he’s loved her a long time, so they may as well be together. Don’t get me wrong I’m not for one minute suggesting how people in Britain should feel, I don’t live there!. There is a big republican movement in Australia and I do beleive personally that we should be a republic now, but I would never like to see us break or forget our history and it would be important to stay as members of the Commonwealth. I just thought I would put in a plug for Charlie and Camilla, but as mentioned, I don’t want to suggest what should happen in Britain. I do think however, its important to have the monarchy as a hereditary monarchy as has always been the case, so he should get a go at the helm in due course, he’s waited a long time. He also has some great successors in his Wills and Kate.

Anyanka I’ve just re read your last posting I see you meant Diana now when you mention Dimbo. I thought you meant Camicazi horse face.
My Mistake but even so Dimbo does seem to suit Camicazi.
I hope my posting wasn’t too confusing when you read it..
Gellygret It’s not that people don’t like old Jug Ears and Dimbo, it’s just that he won’t fit in with today’s sociaty, which is one of buy now and pay later ideals. If he did become King as I said he will get the respect he deserves but there will always be people saying “what’s this old fart doing ruling England? Why didn’t he let Will and Kate have it? In some ways I can see your point Jug Ears should get it as he is the next in line, which is the natural order of things. But again today’s sociaty is different to what it was when our Queen came to throne.. Our Queen gets and has that respect just because of who she is and most of us have grown up knowing only her as Queen. I can remember at the ripe old age of 11 standing on the corner of the road by our Primary school waving my little flag and yelling God Save the Queen as her car went by during her Silver Jubilee.
If the monachy is to survive it needs youth in it. Will and Kate will make a wonderful King and Queen..
