as you’ll all know, Bad Dick 3 is to be re-intered at Leicester Cathedral on Thursday 26th March.

the build up however begins on Saturday 21st on the TV, with Channel 4 screening a debate/drama/documentary freaturing David Starkey on the perenial question of the missing nephews. Channel 4 is the lead broadcaster for the whole thing.

on Sunday 22nd Richards mortal remains will leave Leicester University around 11am and the cortege will do a magical mystery tour of Leicester and the area around Bosworth – there will be services at Sutton Cheney where most of the dead of Bosworth were buried, and a ceremony at Bosworth battlefield. it gets to Leicester Cathedral around 5pm.

there will be quite a bit of tv coverage of the sunday, certainly on Channel 4 and the BBC, 3 hours from 17.10 on C4, and something on BBC1 around 16.15, but i’m sure the various news channels will cover it at various points.

he’ll then lie in state at Leicester until thursday 26th, when the funeral/whatever will start about 11am. all times are GMT, i don’t know what the streaming sitiuation will be for those of you living overseas, but both BBC and Channel 4 have good ‘on demand’ services on their websites. it might be worth checking the feed before you settle in for the day…

Thanks Bob. I’ve only ever used BBC iPlayer for ISIHAC so I’ll have to check what’s availble in Canada. POssibly BBC News 24 may have some coverage.

It's always bunnies.

Thanks Bob. I am going to see if I can figure out how to get this in NYS. However, I am not very hopeful.
