Hello everyone
Just wanted to introduce myself as a latest newbie!! My name is Lesley and I’m from Scotland. Although I am a massive fan of Scottish history there is something very intriguing about the Tudor period that captures my imagination every time! Love the website and so glad I came across it.
Looking forward to joining in and hearing thoughts and views of others

Welcome aboard Leslie. We are a freindly bunch, with a good sence of humour, and enjoy a lively debate. I look forward to reading your posts, although I warn you some of my posts can be very brain bending, and off the latch.
Oh and when I mention Dinosaur in any of my posts it’s what I call my Husband.

Gellygret. My cousin was over in Perth a few weeks ago. He’s loves it there. He’s sent me some fantastic pictures all I can say is WOW.
Lesley I’ve always wanted to go to Oban don’t know why, but my ancestory is Scottish so maybe it’s part of my Scottish blood that feels drawn to the place.
Scottish history really is sort of tangled up in Tudor history in a way but then there have been a few Queens in Scotland before Tudor times who were originally from England, so I guess in some ways both of our countries have always been apart of each other but still separate until James 6th took the throne in 1603 I hope that makes sence..
