Hello everyone,
after browsing this website and the forum for months now, I finally decided to register myself. 🙂
I am a 25 year old from Germany, from a small town near Heidelberg. My name is Sabrina and I have been interested in Tudor history for more than a year and a half now.
It all started with watching a documentary about Henry VIII and his wives on the telly late at night with my boyfriend, and somehow the subject hooked me completely. Books followed (some great, others horrible), and then The Tudors on TV.
Apart from Tudor history, I am interested in general European history, medieval history in particular, and I love to read.
I read all kinds of books, from history books to lighthearted chick lit. I like fantasy role playing games and cuddling with my guinea pigs.
Currently, I am studying Anglistics and Sociology at university, and hope to be finished soon.
I am looking forward to taking part in some of your great discussions here. 🙂

Welcome Sabrina.
I share your love of books. I cannot get enough of them, and continue to buy! I visited Heidelberg a few years ago. It is a beautiful place, so historical and romantic. It is one of my favourite places visited.
I hope you enjoy the forum. The people here are great. I look forward to reading your posts. Cheers!

Hallo und wilkommen! (Was that right? ) I also love reading everything under the sun, so I can relate. (With the risk of sounding nerdy) what type of fantasy role playing do you do? Good luck with university and I look forward to reading your posts!

Hi Nutmeg/Sabrina,
Welcome to The Anne Boleyn Files and I'm so glad you decided to register and introduce yourself. I love guinea pigs, how many have you got? It's funny because when I was a little girl I had a guinea pig called Nutmeg! I wanted a guinea pig after reading the Olga da Polga books.
Anyway, it's great to meet you 🙂

Thank you all 🙂
boleynfan, I mostly play Dungeons and Dragons – the pen and paper version with some friends from time to time, but mainly online.
I am a dungeon master at a German role playing game server that is based on the Forgotten realms setting and it is fun, albeit sometimes really really stressful.
Claire, I have two guinea pigs at the moment. A male named Kasimir and a female named Thea. I really love guinea pigs, they are great animals, so cute – although all they do is eat and sleep…and then eat some more
My nick Nutmeg is actually not based on the name of the spice.
I called myself Nutmeg after reading Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey-Maturin novels, one man-of-war therein is called the Nutmeg of Consolation. But Nutmeg of Consolation is such a loooong name
