Hi, everyone ! We are having our second snowstorm here, unfortunately. But we can't control the weather.
Anyway, I have been to England three times and have seen all of the tourist attractions. I hope to return and have the “Anne Boleyn Experience” which always seems to be sold out. Also, I haven't done the London Eye yet.
Take care !

Welcome, Eurydice7. It must be cool living in New York City. Here in eastern Canada (not as exciting as NYC), we are also receiving snow, and will for several days.
I hope you enjoy the Anne Boleyn files.
Best of luck with the weather!
Cheers!

Hi and welcome, Eurydice7! Where I live we had a snowstorm yesterday and now it's just beautiful snow on the trees and frigid weather 🙂 Out of curiosity, which was your favorite tourist attraction other than the obvious Tudor fan places in England? I'm going there for the 3rd time this summer and just wondering if you have any ideas. Anyway, welcome!

Hi Boleynfan !
My favorite tourist attraction was Vinopolis, where wines are made. I also love the Globe Theater and the Imperial War Museum. My favorite section is Mayfair. We had tea at the Ritz, and drinks at the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel. Portobello Road was a shoppers paradise.
I saw two performances in the West End, “The Mouse Trap and the Woman in Black.

Hi Eurydice7,
Welcome to the Anne Boleyn Files and the forum, it's great to “meet” you!
Oh,by the way,did you use the name of the actress who played Mrs. Roper in the series,or is that coincidence ? The picture that you posted certainly resembles her.
Hi Eurydice7,
No, my name is Claire and that is me but I guess I do resemble Elizabeth Roper, hadn't noticed that before!
