Hi Everyone

I have been exploring this fabulous site for a while and thought I would take up the invitation to join in. I have been a great Tudor fan from a very young age. I was eight when the Six Wives of Henry VIII and Elizabeth R appeared on television. I was captivated by everything from then on and I wanted to be a Professor of History, even though I didn’t quite know what that was. This didn’t quite happen but this love of history did lead to university and another professional direction. At the same time it introduced me to the music of David Munrow and the Early Music Consort of London. I have been a complete early music lover ever since. I even convinced my bewildered father to take me to see the Early Music Consort of London perform at the Sydney Opera House when I was 12. So from this simple thing many wonderful things opened up for me.
