Hi everybody! My name is Krystina and I’ve been a Tudor history fan since I was a kid. I’m also just a big history geek in general as well. I love learning how people used to live.
My first experience with the Tudors was at my grandma’s house. She has Tudor- inspired furniture, so I grew up around the Tudor rose, knights in armour, and tapestries. But, what kicked off my love of Henry was a statue that she had. It was Henry in his later years (he’s my avatar) and it scared me when I wut as little. But when I was around 7 or 8, I asked who this guy was. Being a fan of Tudor history herself, my grandma told me about King Henry and his six wives. I didn’t understand why a guy needed six wives. lol. Henry now lives at my house and I’m glad he’s here. 🙂
It’s been on and off with Henry and his wives, but watching “The Tudors” revived that love. I’ve been reading and researching the Tudor dynasty for over a year now. A random Google search let me to here and I’ve been followling the site for a few months now. I’m so glad I found it and love the community of other Anne fans like myself!

Hi Krystina, I second Duchess’s response. We are a very freindly bunch, and like a good natured debate. I look at everybody here as my freinds and I love each and everyone of them. We all have a good sence of humour, although in my case you need one, as being married to a Dinosaur can at times be addling to the old noggin.. Believe me folks, anyman who twirls around in his computer chair, whilst conducting the Magic Roundabout theme tune is not normal, and I’m not even going there with Thunderbirds,LOL.
Anyway I look forward to reading your posts.. welcome to our happy home..

LOL your avatar is epicly hilarious. I hope you like it here, it’s amazing to be a part of this place and meet so many people who love history as much as I do. This is literally the only place I can talk about Anne and Tudor era stuff because no one I know is interested in it! But anyhooo, welcome to the forum and enjoy, i’m sure you’ll sit right in.
