I know half of you are groaning in pain over my topic name; but I wanted attention and thought, WWAD?
[[ You really should get that on a bracelet or shirt. Kudos to whoever made that board. ]]
I'm Jessica; and I'm eighteen years old. The reason behind the screen name is not an obessesion with Elizabeth I, but it's what I most commonly hear when I do something wrong AND 'Elizabeth' does kinda fit in here. Harhar. See my laaame humor?
I was very pulled into the Tudors at a very young age; to be honest; I was very interested but couldn't comprehend much past 'Elizabeth was a cool queen; her Dad was weird and married lotsa ladies'. It was only when The Other Boleyn Girl came out that I became interested in Anne's character, did a little bit of research and was immediately in love- Just like Henry must've been.
I am here to learn about her, about other Tudor family members, discuss my crazy adoration for this awesome Queen, and most likely ask if anyone ELSE here would've looooved to be one of her ladies in waiting. ._. I ..kinda wanna know what'd be like to hang out with Anne.
..
Anyways; that is all for me. D: I want to be your friend, I'll behave.
P.S. I like The Tudors.
.. Extra P.S- I know it has a lot of inaccuracy.
..Another P.S- It bothers me too; man. It truly does. I sit there and cringe, for multiple reasons.
P- I'm not finished yet; I love Natalie Dormer, though. I truly do; I think she captured the – I'm stopping. RIIIGHT now.
Hi Jessica,
Well, you got my attention! G'day! (shouted in a fab Aussie accent – not!)
Don't worry, lots of us love The Tudors too. I know that I'm meant to hate it but I just can't bring myself to. JRM is a wonderful Henry because he shows Henry's arrogance, God complex and a softer side sometimes and Natalie Dormer was fantastic as Anne and I really missed her in Season 3.
I know what you mean about Anne, the more you dig into her story the more she grabs you and makes you love her, I don't know why but she just does. Elizabeth is similar and even Henry just cries out for attention. They're all such fascinating people and I love the way that Anne is such a puzzle, like we don't even know when she was born.
Well, it's great to “meet” you! Speak soon x
