Just joined the forum, I live in the North West of England, and am interested in all things Tudor, particularly the six wives of Henry VIII. My interest was first stimulated (giving away the fact that I am not quite in the first flush of youth) by the BBC series of plays from 1970. I’m most interested in Anne Boleyn and Jane Seymour, maybe because they appear to be such complete opposites, and because their story is so full of ‘what if’. I don’t really think the other wives have that kind of uncertainty.
