Welcome, Magda! I am also interested in in literature, publishing, and 1900s films. History, well, that goes unspoken, and as for Anne and her Tudor contemporaries, the same!! How did you like Hampton Court and Hever? I loooove both. However, I haven't yet visited the National Gallery (unfortunately…I'll get there sometime soon hopefully). How is it?
Again, welcome and I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do! I look forward to your posts.

Welcome Magda. I hope you enjoy the AB files. London is a great place, with so many amazing places to visit. I've been there several times, and there is still so much to see. Hever Castle is an amazing place. When I visited it a few years ago, it was the first time I really felt a connection with Anne. Perhaps I am being too imaginative, but Anne's presence is everywhere at Hever.

Hi Magda,
Welcome to The Anne Boleyn Files site and forum, it's great to have you here. What a wonderful 30th birthday present to have. Did you go into the Chapel at the Tower? What did you think of Hampton Court and Hever. I love Hever. When we were on the tour this year I loved walking around the gardens before breakfast and wondering what the landscape was like in Anne's time.

Hi Madga, great to see you on here. You will have something good to read about in your daily paper on your birthday and that is the previous days royal wedding where apparently two of Annes ancestors are getting married (ie Prince William and Kate Middleton).
I know what you mean about the Tudor period, once you read up on it it grips you and makes you want to learn more about it. Its great that people from other countries come over and see our history, but then again London is a world wide tourist attraction isnt it. I only visited the Tower this year and it was amazing. I definitely want to go back soon. Never been to Hever though.
Enjoy the forum and hope to see you on here more often
