Hi Kelly,
Welcome to the forum and to the site, it's great to “meet” you. I'd love to go to Edinburgh, I haven't been there and the only time I've been to Scotland was to St Andrews when I was a child. I'm a Brit, from the Midlands (near Stratford-upon-Avon), but now live in Andalucia in Spain.
Welcome!!

I'm from Yorkshire, Bridlington to be exact, but have always been interested in history. I have loads of projects running at the mo which include lost tunnels, shipwrecks, a train crash memorial, world war two bombed buildings etc. To be honest there aint enough hours in the day to do what I want to do! I really need to be a millionaire so i can get things done lol.
When is a good time to visit Edinburgh…..when the tourists are no longer there but everything is still open.
hya…
well em anytime you can visit but the summer time is the best time for everythig going on… bgtu all year around there thing going on….

Tough question!!
Climate, laid back lifestyle, cheap cost of living, better lifestyle for our family… lots of reasons. As both Tim and I work online, we can work anywhere with an internet connection and we had family in Spain at the time so we chose here. Our kids are now bilingual and happy being able to play out all year round in a safe, rural setting, and we are pretty laid back most of the time. I miss the Tudor history of England so have to go back regularly to get my fix, but we live just an hour away from the amazing Alhambra, we have Moorish remains in our village and our house is over 300 years old so I'm still surrounded by history!
