I guess I should take a turn at this. If anyone else wants to introduce themselves in this thread – go for it!
I am Emma, I live in Pennsylvania (USA). Age 28 (going on 80, lol). I've been fascinated by Tudor history for about 5 years now, with Anne of course being my main interest. I've never been to London but it is my life's dream to make a sort of pilgrimage. I feel such a strong connection to Anne and thoughts of her brings me strength in life's trying times! Unfortunately my love of history came too late to pursue a career. I am a professional dog groomer and own my own business here in town.
As my name implies, I am Mom to five Pugs. I blog about them here, though I just recently started it and it needs to be updated: http://puggedx5.blogspot.com/&….. I love to brag about them and show off pictures.
Other interests: I am a fairly new but avid backyard bird watcher. Also love grizzly and black bears. Writing, cooking, being outdoors. That about sums me up!

Hi Emma!
Love that, 28 going on 80! How about we all meet up in London next May and do the Tower on the 19th May, Hampton Court and Hever? I think it would be quite tricky to organise everyone's accommodation and flights etc. (people will have different needs, budgets and requirements) but I'm happy to organise the actual visits to the places so we can get special guided tours. We could all wear special t-shirts!!
I'll have to look at your blog, I love dogs and have a black labrador that we brought over from the UK with us and a Spanish mongrel, also 2 cats, 3 kids (aged 11, 8 and 6), 2 cats and a husband – mad house! Tim and I both work from home so it really is a mad house.
I love bears too, although I'm not sure that I'd like to meet them in the wild! Have you seen any in the wild?
Good to know more about you Emma x

Your dogs are so cute!
I have a faithful mutt \”Jack\” a border Collie and cat called Daithai (Daw-he, David in Irish) should have called him Henry, because he looks lovable, like a lion, strong and sleek but would scratch your eyes out without blinking!
I have planned to return to the Tower on the 19th of May next, it would be cool if we had a meet up. Hampton Court Palace is well worth a visit also. Maybe we should give it a forum?
I wont profess to be an expert on London or the Tower, but will help anyone interested, having made the trip this year.
Must work up the courage to put me up here Emma.
Paudie.

Hello!
I have two cats, gandalf and loki.. They are way too smart for their own good. Gandalf is a polydactl cat, meaning he has extra toes on his front paws. LOL
I am an avid reader, and not just history. I've been reading the classics since I was a teenager, and I haven't stopped. I also love photography… I would love to go to England, and see all the sites that I've looked at online forever..
Let not my enemies sit as my jury
This might be your chance then to visit. I know that I will be there on the 19th of May next. I think Claire has an interest to visit also, maybe others will get an interest and come for \”Anne Boleyn day\”.
I was amazed at how many people at the Tower of London were totally unaware of the significance of the date. The Queen's house is \”out of bounds\” for ordinary mortals, if we were an organized group, we might perhaps get to visit. Hampton court would need a day as it is a bit out from central London.
From Victoria station, its about one and a half hours by train, it is out past Wimbledon.
Your cats sound cute!

Yes, I'm sure we could get special tours because we're a group and I know that Historic Royal Palaces (the Tower and Hampton Court) know about The Anne Boleyn Files and I'm in contact with the main curator at Hever. Hever is in Kent so we'd need to organise transport for those staying in London but it would be nice to see those 3 main places.
Love the names of your cats – Gandalf and Loki! My labrador is Baxter, my mutt is Boni (Bonita) and my cats are Penny and Poppy. All lovely.

Nice to meet you all. And fellow animal lovers! We know Anne loved her little dog Purquoy too.
As for London in Mary – I would just love to go, but unfortunately my trip won't be for years, for financial reasons. I will get to Anne someday! I also have to conquer my fear of flying, which I am willing to conquer for Anne. 🙂
