Glad it's not just me! Though I have to admit to being more of a Time Team fan on a Sunday; I get teased about that too!
I watch both when I can find them over this side of the pond.
The American version of AS is amusing in it's own way… My idea of old is a little different.
Expert: This item is really old. Made around 1900..

Yes! I love AR, too, but honestly… The other day one of the appraisors made the lady sit down in her old chair so he could tell her it was worth….. $1,000! Right. I rolled my eyes. Must have been a slow episode.

I like to watch Time Team when there is some tudor-ish on it or if there is nothing else on the TV. Tony Robinson does my head in a bit presenting it to be honest.
