This Wednesday, March 3, is my 21st birthday! Here in the U.S. this means I can legally drink alcoholic bevaeages. I'll have dinner with my family at a local restruant. They have this thing where if you eat there on any day during the month of your birthday you get your entrée free. Then later that night my sister and our neighbor will take me to a local bar for some karaoke. Can't wait!!!

Thanks fot the Birthday wishes! We just got back from dinner. It was great! I had country fried steak. It was good, but not as good as the one I had in Colorado last summer. For my first drink I decided to be brave and have a Guinness. It was a little bitter, but other than that I really liked it. We came home and I had a little slice of Dairy Queen ice cream cake. In a little bit we'll head up to the bar for karaoke! I also got the rainbow crystal lover's knot necklace, and I love it!

I'm so glad that you had a great birthday, country fried steak sounds yummy! I love Guiness, whenever I go back to the UK I always make sure that I have a nice cold Guiness – I'm drooling at the thought of it!
Hope you had a good time at the bar, did you get up and do karaoke?
Anyway, happy 21st birthday! x

Yes I did! I sang Heartbreaker by Pat Benatar and Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts.
Had a great time last night! I stayed at the bar with my sister until it closed. I had a tequila sunrise and a few shots. Then my sister talked me into going to an after hours party with her. We didn't get home until 4 am! I fixed myself a sandwich and cheetos, watched an episode of the Cosby Show, and went to bed.

Did you have a headache afterwards?!
Sounds like a wonderful birthday and I'm so glad you had a good time. It's funny here in Spain, bars don't measure shots so when you order a Baileys you get a tall glass full of Baileys and when you order a gin & tonic you get a large glass full of gin and a bottle of tonic separate – rather easy to have too much to drink!!
I love he Cosby Show, haven't seen it for years, real feel-good TV!
