Ok I know this is random, but it should be fun (well it is if you're a big kid like me)
Decide which historical figure the person who posted above reminds you of most-this can either be done from their picture/avatar or from what they write on the forum. If you are totally stuck for ideas, try asking the person a few questions such as 'what is your favourite animal' etc
Please have a go! it should be interesting

Sophie, you would have to be Amy Johnson. An intelligent, free spirited aviator, with a pioneering outlook to life.
Neil, I am flattered that you think Amy Johnson as she is a woman I've always admired and been interested in and how fitting too as my other big hobby is aviation!
That is so cool Sophie, Neil must be psychic, guess I'm going to have to go for Amy Johnson for you also!
MegC- Anne of Cleves, I guess thats an easy one with your profile picture- but I guess I can imagine you as Anne of Cleves as she is portrayed in 'The Tudors' when I read your posts.
Anyanka- Mary Shelley, I think like MegC I was inspired by your logical posts-but I imagine you also have a good imagination as you appear to read a lot.
Sharon-Sophie is so right, now she's mentioned it, I can't get Bess of Hardwick out of my head when I read your posts
Duchess- Catherine Parr, you seem thoughtful calm and Intelligent

This has been interesting. Sophie and Claire-Louise, I am flattered, I think! I happen to love Bess.
I have a few different choices.
Duchess: I still say Katherine Parr for the reasons given.
Clarebear: I am always reminded of KOA when I read your posts.
Neil: You are funny and show so much respect for everyone here. A Knight of the Table Round. Or my favorite Knight, William Marshall.
Anyanka: You have the uncanny ability to come to your point in one or two sentences. I love that! Quite humorous, too. Catherine Willoughby, Duchess of Suffolk.
Meg: I get the impression that you would fit in anywhere. I picture you at Court with the royals; but I think you are happiest at home with your husband and children. Mary Tudor, Queen of France.
Sophie: I have to agree with Amy Johnson. Fits perfect.
Claire-Louise: Your posts are fun to read. I think you have a bubbly personality, and I think you enjoy life. I am reminded of Katherine Howard. And I mean that with all due respect to you and the Lady.

Sharon, I am so flattered, I like to maintain old fashioned standards of decency and try to be chivalrous in all of my dealings, so to be compared with the greatest knight makes me very humble, thank you so much.
Sharon: you are well read, very intelligent and manage to teach without preaching. You are also very diplomatic with other posters, even when your viewpoints remain diverse. For these reasons I compare you to Elizabeth, another highly intelligent woman, who proved that a female could be great in a world that is biased in favour of the male of the species.

It's funny you should say this as I've been told by a couple of people (friends and family) that I'd make a good Katherine Howard reenactor…I actually played the part of Katherine Howard in a school play once!

Wreckmasterjay, you are spot on! I love my “archaeologist” suit and Howard Carter has been described as: “A private and stubborn man whose perfectionism frequently got him into trouble”. Have to say that's me, so good call!
However, if he wasn't a perfectionist, opinion has it that he wouldn't have found the tomb, so perfectionism must be OK.
