Hurrah
My copy of the Anne Boleyn Collection plopped on the mat this morning, courtesy of that damned fine bookselling site…the dogs have been walked, the sandwiches made, the hoover given the day off and put away under the stairs, the kettle is on, cushions plumped and I know what I’ll be doing with the rest of today.
I hope you all have a good one too

Well I have taken a break, sandwiches all gone and I need to make a fresh pot of coffee. I am really enjoying reading the articles in the collection. I know they are all here on the site but having them there in print is wonderful and it is laid out so well. I must admit I am a bit of a snippet person with a book of facts and this book suits me down to the ground, a little snippet here a little snippet there. I appreciate Claire’s way of writing, it is just as though she were chatting over coffee. I have had a lovely day.

I’ve been doing the exact same thing as you Maggyann, doing nothing but reading for the past two days – bliss! Damn shame I have to go back to work tomorrow…
My copy of ‘The Anne Boleyn Collection’ arrived last week and I’ve flicked through it but haven’t started it yet (I’ve been on a gothic novel bender lately!) Is it better to read it in snippets or all in one go?
