We don’t really bother with presents for each other, although being the big softy I am I did buy the Dinosaur a box of Jelly babies, from the pets.
Mostly though Christmas day, was more about having a good meal and spending time with loved ones. Dinosaur cooked the dinner which I throughly enjoyed, well up until the stomach pump that is LOL. No I jest he’s actually a wonderful cook, comes from all the years of cooking the dinosaurs during the ice age.
By the end of the day we were so stuffed that moving was simply too much trouble. Poor Katt stuffed herself silly on chicken and reminded me of Cat on Red Dwarf, when he over stuffed himself on fish.
All in all it was good day, and very stress free

The best Christmas present we received was finding out that my sister in law’s stem cell transplant is working and putting an end to her melanoma cancer.
My son took us to see Star Wars. I am an Outlander fan and I received a beautiful box set of the series. I also received 2 gift certificates from Amazon, which should keep me in Tudor history books for quite a while. My family doesn’t buy me books. As soon as they come out, I buy them. They never know which ones I have. I never have enough.
I’m kind of jealous Anyanka of the Loki figure. Hmmmm!

Definitely a good present to have to finally be Cancer free.
The Star wars film is brilliant but I blubbed like a baby at one scene. I won’t say which one as I don’t want to spoil it for others who have not seen it.
Getting seriously short of books so I guess a few elephant sized reminders, to the family that my birthday is coming up will produce dividends there.

I got some really nice presents from my father & mother this year. They are the only family I have left, being that I am an only child and that my grandparents on both sides of my family have sadly passed away.
I got:
1. This was my big gift. A Dell XPS-8900 Desktop Computer for my schoolwork at college and to play PC games on.
2. I am a huge Game of Thrones fan so I got a GoT T-Shirt, GoT Shot Glasses (I collect shot glasses) Season 4 on DVD, & a GoT Christmas ornament.
3. A protective cover from my Galaxy S6 and a wireless charger.
4. A new calendar.
5. New Clothes.
6. New Shampoo, Shaving Cream, Cologne, & Bodywash.
7. Gift Card to Sheetz.
8. Candy.
9. Money!
Was a great Christmas. I spent Christmas Eve & Day with my parents. My mother cooked a fine Christmas dinner we ate as a family, and then later that night I went to the casino and won $250.00 playing blackjack. Was a great holiday.
I bought myself a day after with my money a book on The War of the Roses & Medieval Castle Life, along with a bottle of Danish Chocolate Wine.
I hope everyone else had a splendid Christmas! 🙂

Well Ethan, you did well! Have you read the GOT’s books? I have not. The show gets to me sometimes. Every time I like a figure, they die. I have sworn off all of them. Maybe that way I can enjoy the fight!
Star Wars was so good. Boleyn, I had tears in my eyes from the get go, starting with the opening music and when the story started rolling up the screen. I know what scene you mean, and, although I saw it coming, it was heartbreaking. I hope you get to see it soon Anyanka. You’ve read the spoilers? That’s no fun. I must have seen it too early on. I couldn’t find any spoilers. haha

Boleyn…I’ve read the spoilers for The Force Awakens and I’m waiting for a chance to see it…Possibly next week when the Demon hoard is back at work/school.
Managed to see it…It was better than I expected. hated what they did to Leia though…Too much moping and not enough action going on there.
Don’t know why the local radio station movie announcer kept talking about Han and Luke joining forces to aid the new rebel alliance though…

I know what you mean Anyanka the first 3 films with her in, she was a fiesty determined woman but in this one she’s lost the spark she once had and just become a dowdy old fart.
