We seem to have in our shared interest in AB from what I have read in the forum, similar characteristics in our ways about ourselves.

So, just wondering, what star signs we are?

I am a Capricorn…

Don't be shy now and own up!

Paudie.

If it was not this, then it would be something else?

Aquarius the Water Carrier

I've never been into star signs and astrology so I haven't got a clue what that says about me!

I would not be an avid fan of the stars (Ellen at work reads mine to me when she has her break).

Without being aware of it, I treat them with the same respect as ladders and I not walk under them!

I think there is alot in the stars and the influence they have on us,  but the interpetations we read in our newspapers and mags ate so broad and loose, that any one can feel that it is a personal message.

You are a water carrier Claire, mmmmm!

And Hi Belle, a twin from New York, New York (so good they named it twice!) that must mean you are great!

If it was not this, then it would be something else?

ipaud it's true NYC is so great they named it twice, such an amazing place.  Here are the traits of a Gemini

Adaptable and versatile
Communicative and witty
Intellectual and eloquent
Youthful and lively

Just looked up my traits and picked a few out:-

Aquarians like to feel needed by others and being successful in helping them keeps them happy.

They have big dreams but they're not happy until some of these dreams come true

They enjoy a good discussion with their friends especially when they have shared interests – Perhaps that's why I started this site!!

Aquarians try to see the good in every one rarely finding fault with any person.

Being with people is when they are at their best, enjoying human contact

You come alive in a group. But you're not one to make a show. Quite the opposite, in fact your natural friendliness shines through, and others tend to flock to you.

Aquarians are hard to understand, yet have a brilliant way of bringing people together. Luckily you're not all eccentric, although there is potential.

Aquarians tend to be friendly, humanitarian, honest, loyal, original, inventive, independent, and intellectual.

They may also be viewed as intractable, contrary, perverse, unpredictable, unemotional, and detached. – Excuse me, perverse??!!

I kinda think that the above description is rather general and could describe anyone!

hi Claire,

it might be a good description of you?

Sometimes star signs might hive us the ability to understand ourselves better and make a decision on something we are dithering on?

Lady to Ane, stuborn? Nooooo!

None of us are here?

Come on the rest and own up!

If it was not this, then it would be something else?

LadytoAnneboleyn and Gina. Aries is not normally associated with being stubborn – that's more Taurus. You are more the innovative and pioneering kind!

OK Claire, snap! Aquarius. We can be just about anything we like, adaptable and changeable. We are also supposed to be good with technology, but I think I must have that bit missing.

Paudi, Capricorns are very ambitious – and like to be the boss. (I'll change that if you disagree, Sir).

Belle – Multitasking was invented by Gemini. Versatility personified.

Wish we had a birthdate for our dear Queen Anne Boleyn. I think she would have been a Leo through and through.

I am a reluctant boss, and maybe a tad ambitious?

Hi Rochie,

Like others on the forum, I would have to admit to being sometimes stubborn!

It was from a topic in June \”What would Anne do\” got me thinking how similar we can be in our ways.

Maybe you could put up what traits you think Anne had and we can look for our similarities?

I think AB was Leo too, dont know why…

\”Generous and warmhearted

Creative and enthusiastic
Broad-minded and expansive
Faithful and loving

Pompous and patronizing
Bossy and interfering
Dogmatic and intolerant\”

Paudie.

If it was not this, then it would be something else?

Just had a look at pisces online and found that the characteristics are:-

the need to be appreciate, loved and understood

the 2 fish swimming in different directions signifies a contradictory character

they are sympathetic

they mind their own business

have a sweet nature and put others first

they often fight for the underdog (Anne Boleyn?)

they are imaginative, sensitive and compassionate

also selfless, unworldy, intuitive, idealistic, secretive, vague, escapist and easily led

That's just what one site said, I'm not an expert

Thnaks, Paudie, I do think the description of Aquarians was right about me in some ways – I love being with people and helping people and I am honest and loyal, probably too honest sometimes, but I'm definitely not unemotional or perverse lol!

That actually does sound like me. Contrdictory character especially…

But the fight for the under dog part especially (Yes, that does include Anne Boleyn). I vividly remember shouting at someone in the canteen to stop bullying someone…  The whole canteen went silent. That was embarrasing.

The only thing that doesn't sound like me is easily led. Umm… 15 year old girl listening to Ozzy Osbourne, Slade, Medaeval Baebes, Katie Perry, Paulo Nutini, Greenday… Yeah. Oh and I read. Horror, historical fiction, comedy, historical non-fiction…

Ruth …

Pisces is driven my a sense of mystery. It is the most mystical sign of the zodiac – and can produce great and inspiring people, but also dreamers and drop-outs. That is the two fishes, swimming in opposite directions. They say that the lessons Pisces has to learn is all about which way to swim (upwards is best).

Another Capricorn here!  The descriptions are very fitting –  Determined, stubborn, hard working, organized, private.  Sign of the goat, and ironically – as a teenager, I had dairy goats!  Yet I don't have the leadership tendencies of the sign, and am overly sensitive.

I agree with the idea of Anne being a Leo!  Pity we don't know for sure.

I would like to think that I am swimming upwards… But I do have a really bad tendancy for daydreaming. It's gotten better as I have gotten older but I still find my self zoning out and then thinking \”Uuhh… I'm lost! Whats going on?!?\”

But the driven by a sense of mystery, I guess kind of applies. Learning how things are put together, and basically how the universe works with chemistry. Not physics. I've noticed that if they don't know something, it can't be explained… And many other things that I use in arguments that i cannot remember of the top of my head. Oh, when this guy put together the periodic table he left spaces, and then predicted their properties. He admitted that they didn't know everything. Unlike many physicists.

Sorry. Rant over… Embarassed
