The more I read the less convinced I am that Catherine was untouched when she married Henry. It is not logical that within a six month period she and Arthur never comsumated the marriage. Two young people…a need for an heir…not buying it. I believe she may have convinced herself that it never happened.

I agree, I don’t blame her for saying she was untouched, what woman wouldn’t to save everything she had! But yeah, two young newly weds are hardly going to refrain from sex! It just seems unlikely! And as you pointed out there would be an enormous pressure on them both to create an heir, sex is hardly going to be an issue at the back of their minds!
