Sixteenth century gold digger.Image Enlarger Could this be THE Kitty Howard? She kind of looks like a man. Discuss. (;

Never seen this one before. It's a very…interesting portrait, definately not how i pictured Katheryn. At all. And if it is, like, really authentic or whatever then it must of been by an artist very different for Holbien or any other popular artist back then because every thing about this picture is different from Henry VIII's, and Anne Boleyn, etc etc.

I'm open to the idea of this being Katheryn but personaly I just can't see this as KH. To me, I don't think it's actually her but then again I could be 100% wrong. If I saw this and someone asked what era it's from, i'd say maybe 1800's or something more modern than the 1500's. It kind of looks like George Washington to me, and maybe that's just me but it does look like him – just with a dress and different hair.

The hair looks too red to me at the front. I'm guessing the back is supposed to be a veil.

But like Mya-Elise, it doesn't look contemptory to me. A copy of a Tudor or later era portrait is the best I can do.

It's always bunnies.

HAHAHA!! That's what I was thinking! Like that hideous copy of an AB portrait that ends up making her look like a man in drag.

Wow that's awful.  It certainly doesn't portray the pretty girl KH was said to be.  George Washington…lol

Interesting….

It kinda looks like someone decided to do their own version of Katherine and stick it up on the internet.  I think ummm is about the best you could say of it.

Where did you get this portrait from? It looks modern ,from the 1800s or early 1900s.

Certainly not a good likeness at all.

I'm not taking this seriously as it looks like someone's been messing about for fun, the head definitely has been stuck on after, lol! Very funny but I'll stick to the original Wink

I don't know, it kinda looks like it was all done together but i could be wrong. I just think someone decided to have fun or somethin cause either it's George Washington in drag literally or someone trying to paint Katheryn.
