I've just finished a painting of my own interpretation of Anne Boleyn. I'm working on all the wives, but had to do Anne first (naturally!). This is how I imagine Anne looked, and would love to know your opinion. I'll upload the others when they're finished!

Wow, that's stunning! I particularly like Anne's eyes, just how I imagined them to be. Can't wait to see the rest of the wives

I love being able to see the wives as they may have looked without their hair being hidden under a hood. Her hair is gorgeous. She looks quite the siren in that picture.

That's great Elliemarianna! She looks as she would from the portraits but as a real person! While the portraits are a bit lacking, here she looks just beautiful. You've captured her slight frame and elegance too- can't wait to see the others, but I think this will remain a fav!

Finally finished Jane, took me a while, I didn't spend as much time on it as I did with Anne however. I was going to draw her with her hood on, but chose not to as the others will have their hair down.

Ellie, very impressive work on both ladies. For me it is so hard to tell what they really looked like from the original paintings. You have made them come to life. Keep them coming.

Haha! I know! I tried not to! I was trying to aim for plain rather than pretty.

Haha True, it wasnt intentional. They do have simular faces though, especially the nose…
