I’m writing this novel of historical fiction on the Tudor Queens, from Catherine of Aragon to Elizabeth I, and the book is divided in parts. Each part is about one of the women and a while ago, I thought that it would be nice to have their mottos as titles of the individual parts. I have already found those of Henry’s six wives and two daughters, but can’t find the mottos belonging to Jane Grey and Edward VI anywhere. It seems to me that they should exist, so I was hoping that you could help me out with those two! The two parts are very small yet important for the main characers, so I would really like to know them. If they exist at all, that is.
Anne Boleyn: just a strong woman with incredible dignity who lived in an era that didn't approve of that.
